We have also included figures and analysis on each new opening to give you a clear idea of what’s happening in the coworking industry.
Overview
This month, there are 187 new openings and 107 are new businesses entering the market. This is a strong indication of a steady, rising coworking trend. Our research also highlights 55 businesses that have successfully established their initial coworking space and have now graduated to scaling their business in multiple locations.
The remaining 8.25 percent are large coworking chains such as WeWork and Spaces who continue to expand their franchises all over the world.
